The ideal candidate should have a background in IT Recruitment or Software Development, along with substantial experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
The company operates on a hybrid work model: 3 days in the Central London office and 2 days remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and offering services to B2B and B2C clients
- Identifying and creating leads in the Polish market
- Managing the entire sales process from lead generation and contract negotiations to deal closure
- Participating in virtual and face-to-face networking events
- Conducting market analysis to expand the customer base
About You:
The perfect candidate will be a self-assured and autonomous sales/business development professional, preferably with a track record of penetrating new markets and establishing sales strategies.
The ideal applicant must be fluent in Polish, possess experience within the Polish market, and have a drive for challenges and constant self-improvement.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Polish, both written and verbal
