Job Overview

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global Transformation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment of our Global ERP (Oracle) to our European markets, with a focus on Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Technology, Process, and Data SMEs to define and execute the Deployment Plan.
  2. Coordinate and chair calls with business units to progress actions, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  3. Act as a bridge between business teams and the Central Project Team, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered on time.
  4. Troubleshoot problem areas with the local business and central project team, including Technology.
  5. Liaise with the Data Project Manager to coordinate data cleansing/fixes in the legacy system and identify data enhancement opportunities.
  6. Support the execution of key Cut Over activities assigned to local business representatives.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and address challenges.
  8. Represent the market at Project Risks and Issues calls and manage risks to the project's successful outcome.
  9. Represent the market at Project 'Path to Live' calls with the Central team.
  10. Chair Hypercare calls and work with local business representatives to drive open tickets to conclusion.
  11. Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

Suitable Qualifications and/or Experiences

  1. Bilingual in Polish and English.
  2. 5 years delivering strategic and/or ERP projects and programmes.
  3. A recognised project or programme management qualification.
  4. Leading, motivating, and managing project teams, including internal and external resources.
  5. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  6. Seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  7. Working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  8. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
