We are delighted to be working with this leading international law firm who have a superb reputation and a culture that is innovative, forward thinking and dynamic. They are looking for a talented Senior Bids Executive to join their well-respected marketing & BD team based in London, in a newly created role that will support their ever-evolving global Energy and Natural Resources sector group.

This role take ownership of all Energy and Natural Resources RFPs and pitches, including the preparation of capability statements and other client-facing marketing materials. The successful candidate will operate independently on day-to-day RFPs, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the global Energy & Natural Resources group and the firms' central bids and pursuits team.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Exceptional drafting and writing skills, with a focus on creating high-quality first drafts.
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
  • Global mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative resourceful, proactive, and creative mindset.
  • Confidence and commercial acumen to challenge and take a robust stance when necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Proposals experience within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and meet the expectations of internal clients.
  • Confident and credible in interactions with senior stakeholders, including partners and senior managers.
