Our management team are experts in a variety of construction disciplines, so we are well placed to deliver not only standard commercial office fit out but also more technically complex projects, including cladding, structural work, data centres and have a track record which includes major projects valued more than £20m.


We understand that every project has varied requirements and our in-house designers are able to seamlessly integrate with the existing professional team, working collaboratively to provide everything from full design and build to light touch co-ordination, always retaining design intent.

Your focus will be...nManaging the flow and control of documented information on projects, including Ambit deliverables, technical queries, vendor and third party documentsnWorking with Project Managers and project teams, ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date and accuratenMaintain the Master Document Register for the Business Management System (Procore)nAssist with the set-up new proposals and projectsnMaintain and update master company technical registersnManage the archiving of documented informationnManage Business Management System templates, updating them as and when necessarynEnsure company compliance with the control of documented information policy on projectsnBe pro-active in advising when the next review /approval phase of a document is expected


You will bring to the table...nOffice based administration experience.nProficient experience in the use of Microsoft OfficenAbility to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and high accuracy when checking documents.nHave excellent organisational and administrative skills when managing documents.nHave experience with project workflows in engineering projects and managing documents throughout the project lifecycle.nBe proactive and assertive for chasing and sending documents.
