Some of the things you'll be doing:
Collaborate with your team to manage your client's portfolio, managing transactions whilst offering advice from our internal processesnComplete VAT reviews and filingsnComplete CIS reviews and filingsnCommunicate with HMRC on an adhoc basis including VAT applicationsnPro-actively take on responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your clients and/or manager,nEnsure all tasks and associated actions are followed through to completion with the aid of a tracker discussed regularlynBecome an expert in technical matters relating to funds, including any regulatory requirements that are applicable to your clientsnEnsure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence/informationnCommunicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basisnProvide support in the opening of bank accounts and communications related to specialist blocked accountsnBe responsible and approachable when given tasks by a senior team membernProvide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasksnTake care of and establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clientsnDrive personal development using all the resources available at CSC to achieve successnAccurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoicednAssist with quarterly invoicingnAdhoc project related tasks and associated testingnMonitor daily completion of team mailbox and post delivery assisting first hand in annual leave of junior members

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?


At least 2 years of experience in a similar functionnStrong administrative skillsnExperience in VAT or dealing with HMRC an advantagenBe able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiativenMust be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves and their clientnBe pro active and forward thinkingnExperience in a similar role, potentially including Real Estate Funds administration exposure.
