As a Relationship Enablement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the relationship management teams by handling a high volume of operational and administrative tasks.

This position is pivotal in allowing our front-line teams to focus on client-facing activities, as you manage the back-end processes ensuring a seamless client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

nProvide end-to-end management of client requests, including account modifications, additional account setups, and overdraft management.nSupport the relationship management team by facilitating the operational execution of client services.nEnsure accurate and timely processing of client transactions, maintaining constant communication with clients throughout the process.nHandle a portfolio of 20-30 live cases, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).


Ideal Candidate:

nPrevious experience in middle office or similar administrative roles within financial services, with a keen interest in increasing client interaction.nExceptionally organized with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a majority of tasks conducted via email alongside occasional client calls.nA proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a small, dynamic team environment.

Day Rate:
£200 per day (PAYE)nOnly one day a week in officen

Contract Type:
Maternity cover with potential extensionn

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
