The rolenAs a Finance Administrator, you'll be integral to our team, managing financial admin tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.


What will you be doing?nProcess invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.nMaintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.nAssist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.nReconcile bank statements and other financial documents.nCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.nAssist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.


What are we looking for?nBachelor's degreenProven experience in an administrator rolenProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.nExcellent organisational and time management skills.nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
