We are looking for a capable and proactive Salesforce administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support and shape the way that Wasserman utilises Salesforce to supercharge business opportunities and facilitate greater collaboration across the business.

Working closely with the Central Marketing and Partnership Development teams, this is an ideal opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A can-do attitude is key to the role as is a keen eye for detail.

A successful candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges as engagement with multiple stakeholders is critical.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Working with IT, Senior Partnerships Operations Manager (SPOM) and central marketing team your role will involve;

Assisting with the support, administration and development of Wasserman's Salesforce platform.

Over time, and depending on priority, this would include:
nQuery resolutionnUser management, training and creation of profiles, roles & record typesnCreation of workflows and automation to improve the user experiencenData management & cleaningnReporting & Dashboards creationnSmall and/or significant enhancements to the systemnProviding Salesforce training and end-user supportnDevelop training programmes and support material to assist usage and drive best practicenProactive problem solving within the Salesforce environmentnIntegration analysisnEngaging licence holders to ensure they are using Salesforce accurately and effectively and have adopted it as part of their everyday business development workflownAssisting SPOM with monthly pipeline reporting to senior management/Finance and fortnightly client reportingnAttending ad-hoc business development/pipeline meetings to ensure licence holders are fully utilising Salesforce for their business development reportingnHelp develop the global business development process, through the lens of Salesforce, engaging key stakeholders and identifying best practicenProviding (non-Salesforce) sales support to the Partnership Development teamnProviding (non-Salesforce) marketing support to the Marketing and Communications teamnWrite and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training documentationnDevelop user stories, to-be process flows, and design solutions to support the development of Salesforce solutions

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED


Certified Salesforce Administrator (advanced administrator plus)n2-3 years Salesforce experience working in a related rolenExperience in administrating Salesforce, other similar CRM systems, or other ERP systems (i.e.

Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, Workday) to develop client or internal business solutions.nExperience in Salesforce configurations including automation (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Lightning Flows), security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets), and Apex (nice to have).

nExceptional core Business Analyst skillset including process analysis, requirement gathering, process flow, development processes, user adoption and buy-innNumerate with intermediate/advanced Excel skillsnStrong communication skills both written and verbalnAbility to think logically and methodicallynPlanning & organising skillsnExperience managing multiple stakeholders, globallynAttention to detailnAbility to work under pressure in a fast moving environmentnTeam working and interpersonal skillsnExperience or interest in delivering both internal and external communication through Pardot an advantage but not essentialnCRM Analytics advantage but not essentialnIntegration systems (Boomi) advantage but not essential
