An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Administrator.

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the maintenance and development of the Salesforce CRM platform. Additionally, it involves providing system support as a Salesforce user administrator for all Salesforce applications across the organisation.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • digital marketing initiatives as a CRM specialist, ensuring Salesforce enables segmented and targeted mailing lists through the utilisation of Salesforce Campaigns.
  • for the use of CRM as a relationship tracking solution, fostering a culture of active CRM utilisation
  • engage in system development, understanding user requirements, developing and prioritising user stories, and closely collaborating with technical staff and external partners
  • data quality on Salesforce, ensuring GDPR compliance, and overseeing duplicate management procedures
  • various teams across the organisation in Salesforce usage, including creating guidance documents, addressing queries, and providing training


Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • in CRM system administration, with expertise in Salesforce administration at the level expected of a Salesforce certified administrator or equivalent CRM platform
  • managing data to support organizational communications and marketing activities
  • to influence senior stakeholders and deliver clear presentations to colleagues
  • conducting training sessions and writing concise guidance materials
  • in translating user stories into technical solutions
  • knowledge of GDPR principles as they pertain to the storage, retention, and use of personal data
  • in routine information analysis and report writing
