Sales Support Administrator / PA


Our client is seeking a full-time and office based administrator to fit into their friendly team; based in Esher (local person essential).

This position is a varied and busy role requiring you to multitask and be well organised.

The three main functions of this role include:

Administration of training courses:
Duties will include liaising with Client's, arranging trainer travel and accommodation, preparing and distributing pre/post course material (eg, course notes/certificates), providing sales support to theSales Director

Arranging appointments for Client's employees:
Management of entire booking process including data entry of paperwork.

PA to Managing Director

Essential requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Multitasker who can organise themselves and priorities tasks effectively
  • Lots of common sense
  • Professional and confident phone manner and be able to speak to people across all levels of an organisation
  • Touch type more than 60 wpm
  • Must be local to Esher
  • Attention to detail
Salary up to £25k depending on experience level

Start date asap.

Flexible hours.


Our client will consider someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, lots of enthusiasm and who is quick to learn with good computer and typing skills.
