Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying relationships and potential investment opportunities
  • Undertaking due diligence on investments, as well as the production of analysis to support underwriting efforts
  • Conducting market research
  • Working with the investment team in order to prepare investment analysis and investment memos to prepare for the IC
  • Supporting with structuring, closing and negotiating transactions
  • Monitoring the portfolio of investments and analysis

Requirements

  • My client are ideally looking for 2-4 years' of experience in Investment Banking, Funds or Asset-Backed investment firms.
  • Strong technical abilities essential and an interest in the legality of investment structuring. Equally, interest in asset-backed opportunities eg. Real Estate, Infrastructure / asset-heavy operational businesses and financial assets.
