The Applewood, a luxurious care home in Milton Keynes, is soon to open its doors and HC-One is seeking a dynamic Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager to join the team.
As the Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager, your primary role will involve spearheading the marketing and sales strategies for the care home, ensuring achievement of occupancy, revenue goals, and KPIs.
At HC-One, we provide top-notch residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care for the elderly, with a vision to become the preferred care home in every neighborhood. Our dedicated team embodies kindness, compassion, and a deep understanding of our Residents' needs.
To thrive in this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the private care sector. You should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the CRM database and lead tracking.
- Generating leads from targeted sources.
- Developing and implementing Quarterly Sales Plans.
- Coordinating Resident assessments.
- Overseeing the move-in process for new Residents.
