About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Admissions Coordinator to join our team at HC-One Ltd. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business into our care homes across the region, while building and sustaining high occupancy levels in line with our commercial strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and awareness programs to increase visibility and profile of our care homes within the local community, focusing on private pay admissions and public pay admissions with a 3rd party top-up.
  • Present and share ideas for increasing revenue with our Area Directors and Care Business Partners to deliver overall area occupancy growth.
  • Monitor and report any identified barriers that have led to lost revenue opportunities.
  • Generate resident enquiries through local networking and support enquirers throughout the process, from maintaining regular contact to arranging viewings and assessments, conducting tours, and welcoming new residents.
  • Organize events in our care homes that attract local private pay residents and position our homes as first-choice care homes within their local community.
  • Build relationships with local public opinion leaders, influencers, and referrers, and maintain contact databases to support marketing efforts.
  • Support Care Home Managers in maintaining high standards in presentation of front-of-house, public areas, and resident areas.
  • Set up visitor care home tours and ensure high-quality view bedrooms are available.
  • Work with our central marketing team to arrange advertising, mailshots, and local awareness campaigns to generate enquiries across our care homes.
  • Support Home Administrators in managing care home enquiries from initial contact to training care staff on enquiry capture.
  • Visit local health and social care settings, community organizations, and influencers to build relationships and generate enquiries.
  • Work closely with Wellbeing Coordinators to organize events within our homes to benefit residents and help them live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
  • Use hospitality or customer care skills to ensure staff are trained in delivering expected standards, and provide solutions to any problems that arise.
  • Generate content for home-level social media pages, building links and awareness, and ensuring regular content features.
  • Support Wellbeing Coordinators in producing the home newsletter.
  • Provide training to colleagues on 'how to take a good enquiry' and 'how to arrange and deliver a professional tour of the home.'
  • Monitor daily financial budgets, occupancy, and enquiries, and complete weekly/monthly reports detailing day-to-day movements within the care home and its effect on enquiries/occupancy/financial status.
  • Generate positive news stories and write-ups for sign-up and sign-off.
  • Monitor and interpret management information, undertaking comprehensive analysis to highlight and identify commercial successes and opportunities.
