An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Southmead Hospital Learning & Development Administration Team to support in developing our services to provide outstanding and exemplary Administration Support for our Trust ApprenticeshipTraining Programmes.


  • To be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of apprenticeship data and related funding claims in accordance with funding and audit requirements
  • To develop and manage data integrity procedures including the management of validation and exception reports, reporting regularly to management including the enrolment, registration and resulting of learners
  • All exam entries, registrations and claims are processed using awarding body portals
  • Ensure learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and assist with the internal spot checking of registers, learning agreements and other documentary evidence to support funding claims and to ensure the data is audit compliant.
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of all core apprenticeship data on our database through regular ILR validation and data correction and the preparation for funding and quality monitoring and audits.
  • Work to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies, and to keep up to date with FE funding rules, learner eligibility, entitlement, and guidance
