Overview:
We are seeking an administrator to join a reputable banking head office in Bristol.

This will be working within operations to assist with;

  • Monitor and maintain recruitment activities for the area ensuring vacancies are advertised and updated when required using the Banks recruitment system.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and other business units.
  • Ensure a smooth transition process for candidates from role acceptance to completion of a structured onboarding programme through to commencement of induction training relevant to their role.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and other business units.
  • To provide general administrative support to the business area, particularly support to Head of business and unit leads
  • Ensure all administration activities are completed within agreed service levels.

We are ideally looking for some administrative experience, perhaps within recruitment or HR support administration.

Good communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The position will offer ongoing support, training and career opportunities.

Mon-Fri 9-5 hybrid

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
