Senior Partnerships Manager

Salary up to 55k + bonus

I'm delighted to be partnering with a premium rights-holder who are looking to recruit a Senior Partnerships Manager role for the business.

The role will take a lead on managing a global portfolio of partners, working with multiple industry leading brand.

Day to day responsibilities:

-Managing a global portfolio of tier 1 partners across the business

-Delivery of commercial rights

-Lead on all account management and be the main point of contact for partners

-Management of a team of 2

-Creation of engaging and meaningful campaigns and activations

-Supporting and delivery of event day inventory across the business

-Working closely with the wider partnerships team to support the delivery of business development

-Working within the commercial team to ideate and pitch new assets and opportunities to both current and potential Partners

Candidate Specification:

-Minimum 5 years experience in a partnership activation role

-Background working in the sports industry either rights-holder or agency

-Excellent knowledge of the sponsorship landscape

-Strong communicator and excellent leadership skills

-Values and respects others, builds relationships, collaborates

-Proven marketing background
