- Ensure the entire Customer Service functions and activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Formulates Customer Service policies, procedures and practices to ensure which are in line with the Company's business requirements, national and industry standards.
- Provide functional guidance, advice, information, and to support the Management on Customer Service related policies, procedures and practices.
- To diligently carry out all duties of Customer Service and admin matters as assigned by the Management from time-to-time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin with excellent written & communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must be strong in self-discipline with positive working attitude
- Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
