We are excited to expand our team with a new position for a highly motivated and customer-oriented
Telephone Customer Service Executive**.

This role is fundamental in providing exceptional customer service and setting a great first impression over the phone.

You will be addressing customer queries, arranging sales appointments, offering product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.


Seeking Passionate Customer Service Professionals:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment but not essential
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
  • A natural problemsolver who can handle customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills to fully understand customer needs and provide information or solutions
  • Capability to work in a fastpaced, goaloriented environment
  • Computer literacy and adeptness in using CRM systems
  • High multitasking skills
  • Great teamworking traits

Key Responsibilities for the Telephone Customer Service Executive:

  • Delivering customer service support for incoming enquiries
  • Handling customer complaints with a patient and genuine empathetic approach, aiming for a positive resolution
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information on products and services using the right methods/tools
  • Fostering strong customer relations to enhance brand loyalty
  • Maintaining a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales activities
  • Working 40 paid hrs per week permanent contract
  • Shift pattern working : 85, 96, 107 and weekends on a rota basis (1 in 3), with days off in the week when you work a weekend
