Office Administration Assistant

Prime tasks and responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to the administration team covering the three Thames Marinas Windsor, Bray & Penton Hook.
- To ensure the office telephone is answered in a timely manner, customers are greeted and assistance with serving in the main office is maintained ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and to keep the Marina Manager informed of their progress at all times.
- To assist with general administration functions to support the central administration team based offsite.
- To provide a concierge service to customers to include taxi, visitor berthing bookings, and to arrange Dockmaster trolley assistance when necessary.
- To assist with customer events to include the annual Boat Jumble at Bray and other customer focused incentives.
- Deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
- To adopt a flexible attitude towards work location whilst providing the best in customer experience and site cover; driving customer focus to the forefront of your activities.
- To ensure that the Marina Manager is aware of any concerns you may have within your scope of responsibility.
- To ensure all legal, HSE and company policies inc. financial are being adhered to.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties required by the management team.
Working relationships:

- Working with marina team members and other MDL departments to achieve site objectives, whilst complying with all company policies and procedures.

- Customers, Tenants, Suppliers and Contractors. Coastguard, other emergency services and various statutory bodies and organizations.

Purpose of this role:
- To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times.
- To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
- To ensure that 100% recoverable income is achieved throughout all marina and yard operations.
