A multi-faceted venue in the heart of the city centre, boasting award-winning restaurants and wedding & banqueting suits along with guest bedrooms.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for fantastic individuals to look after our guests.
As a wedding and conference sales coordinator, you will need to have good communication skills as you will be liaising directly with customers, listening to their needs, and giving them ideas & solutions to their requirements.
As well as having a good communication skill you must be extremely organised, you will be dealing with a various number of events, conferences & weddings all at the same time you will need to remain focused and ensure that you provide the right information to the appropriate person so that the event goes without a hitch.
Good computer skills are also required, so you can create schedules, plan, budget, prepare contracts and also upload events onto the booking system.
Finally, always striving to be your best and deliver great events for your clients.
