OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED
MAIN DUTIES:
- To comply fully with the Company hygiene standards including health, personal hygiene, hygienic work procedures and safe working practices.
- To work as a team cooperating with line chargehands and fellow employees to complete tasks as instructed.
- To develop a range of skills within your department to allow job rotation.
- Most of the work involves working at conveyor belts which are one metre wide.
DESIRABLE SKILLS FOR POSITIONS:
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to work in a team and is physically demanding
- Have a high level of dexterity and have good hand/eye coordination
- Have the ability to follow written instruction
- Have an understanding of how to interpret work instructions
- Able to work according to targets set by customers
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Attention to detail
