Bank Patient Administration Support Officer JOB PURPOSE To ensure that Amendments, deductions and change of address of patient records for both sites processed and quality checked.

Recall of childhood immunisations and baby checks/post natal checks. All staff assist the Partnership in providing a high quality service.

This list is not exhaustive INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 1 To have a working knowledge of all aspects of the systems necessary to the job.

2 To ensure the security policy is adhered to. HEALTH AND SAFETY 1 Take reasonable care of themselves and others at work. 2 Co-operate with the practice as far as is necessary to enable them to carry out their legal duty.

3 Not to intentionally or recklessly interfere with anything provided; including personal protective equipment, for health and safety or welfare at work.

Any other duties requested by Partners or Practice Management Team. This job description may need to be reviewed or revised from time to time as the practice develops.
