The post holder is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, supporting the department managers in quality improvement projects and participating in taking forward the directorates quality and safety agenda.

The role combines clinical expertise and leadership skills with managerial, educational and professional responsibilities, liaising with the multi professional team to optimise patient care and the patient experience.
