Order Processing Administrator

Order Processing Administrator - Immediate start, ongoing temporary booking - through to at least June Circa £16 per hour + holiday pay - Hybrid, working 2-3 days in the office which is situated in central Richmond
Established, highly successful, well-known beauty brand business, requires customer focussed, order processing Administrator to become an integral part of the team.
They recognise the importance of building strong relationships with their customers, suppliers and staff and pride themselves on how successfully they achieve this.
As Order Processing Administrator you will be responsible for order management across agreed Global Business Operations.You will will tak e responsibility for ensuring customer sales orders are recorded, fulfilled, and delivered against the customer requirements.
Some of the other key areas of responsibility in the role of Order Processing Administrator include:- Process sales orders and order management for agreed customers
- Work with the planning team to ensure stock is available to supply to customers
- Escalation point for customer complaints
- Oversee pre and post order process
- Work with the finance team to ensure accounts receivable process is efficient
- Strong MS Office specifically Excel
- Proven experience within an operational/fulfilment role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Relationship management of external providers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multifunctional teams
- Confident with prioritising, whilst maintaining orderly accurate and up to date paperwork
