Lettings Administrator

**Hours: Mon-Fri 9am

  • 17.30pm**
    Full training is offered


Do you have a passion to get into the property industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced and busy working environment? If so, I have a great opportunity within my clients' lettings department based in the heart of Brighton.


You will already have great organisation and admin skills and enjoy a vibrant and proactive environment and have a genuine passion for the property industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone and dealing with enquiries.
  • Dealing with callers to the office.
  • Administering the window cards, boards and keeping the websites up to date
  • Administration of lets.
  • Taking Application Deposits and drawing up letters when required.
  • Tenancy Agreements (new Tenancies, Renewals, Changeovers).
  • Processing the Tenancy files.
  • Updating Landlords on the progress of Tenancies.
  • Preparing keys for inventory clerks.
  • To ensure the office has all stationery requirements and plenty of tenant files and landlord brochures are made up.
  • To keep up to date with daytoday filing
  • Proven administration background
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage their own workload.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professional with confident communication skills.
