As a
Maintenance Administrator you will play a key role in helping YMCA DLG to provide safe and welcoming homes to our residents.

You will be part of the Asset Management Team, issuing and monitoring repairs through internal operatives and external contractors.

You will monitor and ensure servicing and maintenance of installations and equipment are carried out, reporting, and providing performance data, and providing administration support to the team.


In this role, you will work closely with all YMCA DLG staff, (including internal operatives, and external contractors) to ensure an effective and consistent delivery of repairs, maintenance and servicing of components and equipment to properties.

As part of the role, you will be receiving repair requests in various formats and using relevant IT systems to issue orders for required works based on priority, monitor works, and ensure works are completed and closed.

You will run reports and produce key performance information at specified intervals on all aspects of repairs and maintenance within Asset Management.

You will also monitor void works to empty properties, ensuring required works are issued, and completed within the required timescales and properties are ready to let.

In addition, you will assist in monitoring progress on cyclical, planned and projects, which would include updating work programmes to record progress against budget and timescales.


This is a hybrid role, working 5 days, 8am-6pm with some flexibility and a minimum of one day in the office along with being flexible for meetings.


You will ideally have knowledge of property maintenance and building terminology, along with experience of working in a busy and varied administrative role.

You will have experience of following and improving administration processes as well as dealing positively and professionally with partners, colleagues, and managers to deliver necessary outcomes.

You will need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and will be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
