Main Duties
- Engage with our business partners, stakeholders, and SMEs to gather learning requirements and advise on learning solutions which solve business problems.
- Design, develop and curate usercentric digital learning solutions aligned to agreed design principles, from concept to completion.
- Create beautiful and engaging multimedia assets to support the wider L&D team and develop and empower others to create their own.
- Work with thirdparty learning partners and project manage the creation of industry leading learning solutions.
- Coach, mentor and develop the digital learning consultants to create effective and engaging learning solutions.
- Demonstrate wider industry knowledge, expertise in learning principles and design best practice consummate to a senior level
- Bring the outside in introduce new and emerging technologies and solutions into the organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Thorough experience of leading and designing learning solutions, to expert standard, across a variety of industries and topics.
- Take clear and robust project briefs and be confident to question, influence, and challenge where necessary to gain clarity.
- A commercial mindset and experience of balancing the perfect learning solution with business objectives, budget, resource, and deadlines.
- Demonstrable desire to push boundaries, do things differently and create industryleading learning experiences.
- Expert in design, including visual design, video production and editing, and document creation. Must be able to use Adobe Suite and associated tools to senior level.
- Seasoned digital learning developer using core development tools
- Articulate, GoMo, Camtasia, etc.
- Experience in learning design, including simplifying and rewriting dense content, writing scripts, and creating new content in collaboration with SMEs.
- Experience in juggling multiple projects and resourcing the project pipeline appropriately within a fastpaced environment.
- An expert who is fully abreast of new thinking, learning and development trends and practices.
- Natural curiosity around technology and its use within learning.
- Accomplished in using data to drive insight and aid decision making.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and other learning platforms and software.
- Comfortable challenging conventional thinking and positively influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and engage an audience.
- A growth mindset and passion for people development.
