About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Consultant to join our team at NIIT. As a Digital Learning Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive training program to enhance our organization's digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current data and digital skill levels across the organization
  • Validate the foundational Academy with a test user group
  • Develop and roll out training programs tailored to identified roles and skill gaps
  • Design required training materials and resources
  • Facilitate face-to-face or virtual training on Data, AI, and Digital Literacy
  • Establish a digital training champions network to promote the platform
  • Obtain user feedback to continue Academy improvements
  • Measure Academy usage and adoption
  • Assess resourcing requirements for maintenance and continued Academy enhancements
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital and data literacy concepts
  • Excellent training design and delivery skills
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external experts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
