An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 clerical officer to join the reception team at our well-established nurse led Minor Injury Unit at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.


The post holder will be required to take general enquiries from patients and their relatives, register patients into and out of the service via a computerised recording system(s,) undertake electronic scanning, retrieval of emergency care records following completion by nursing staff, make follow-up appointments for patients and the preparation of patient emergency care records for clinics.
