Our Learning, Training and Development Team has secured a project under the UK Shared Prosperity Levelling Up Fund, which will cover the costs of training and a competitive salary for apprentices in our council.
This project, called “Developing People for the Future”, will provide skills and training opportunities for people who want to join our council through an apprenticeship pathway. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to work for the Council contribute to our aim which is ‘to help the people of Neath Port Talbot live good lives’. It is also an exciting opportunity for us to grow our talent pool and fill key positions with skilled and motivated individuals.
We want to recruit apprentices in the teams where we have skill shortages and business critical posts
