The Role

We are seeking a skilled Consultant/Senior Sales Professional to join Korn Ferry Digital, focusing on Digital Leadership and Professional Development Solutions. This role involves engaging with executive-level clients, promoting our enterprise offerings, and co-creating profitable solutions. Emphasizing Leadership and Professional Development solutions backed by technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping client development programs.

You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering existing client relationships, and collaborating with HR and Business leaders on strategic initiatives. Your ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, and customize solutions will be key to success.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating a strategic selling approach to target and engage potential clients
  • Leading the EMEA team to achieve targets through effective sales leadership
  • Expanding client relationships and impacting their business success
  • Identifying and pursuing integrated solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in your specialist category area
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders and persuading them to adopt KF Digital solutions
  • Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and solutions
  • Effectively managing client information and opportunities

Professional Experience/Qualifications/Skills

  • Extensive experience in account and strategic management
  • Proven track record in new business development and client relationship management
  • Skills in sales leadership, pipeline building, and team management
  • Strong network in EMEA within the Leadership and Professional Development space
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions for complex business challenges
  • Deep understanding of Talent Management and Leadership Development
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Customer-centered selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and drive solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
