What We Do:


Live Escape Games We lock people in a series of rooms, and the goal is for them to get out before the hour is up.

They have to complete different clues, puzzles and challenges along the way, guiding them to the EXIT. We provide our range of customers (from schools to stag parties) with the best possible experience.


We already have 6 unique games (Save the City, Volatile Laboratories, The Attic, Fiorella's Cave, The Heist and Three Bears), with more projects planned.


What We Look For


We are passionate about making sure all our customers have the best possible experience and look for friendly, energetic people who have an eye for detail.

We look for people who can communicate with confidence.

If invited for interview, we hope you can show us these simple but important skills; introducing yourself, eye contact, speaking clearly throughout.


Your Role
You will be responsible for the entire customer experience;

Greeting people when they come in, introducing the game, providing cryptic clues, getting the group out, grabbing a team photo and resetting the game to make sure it's perfect for the next group.

You'll often need to answer the phone to take bookings and a good phone manner is a must


You will also be responsible - as part of the team - for the general upkeep of the facilities - which will involve cleaning duties.

We pride ourselves on our games and in particular the customer experience.

Your role as Games Master is pivotal.

£10.90 per hour

Hours:
Must be available weekends and holiday periods, and there are often shifts available mid-week.

Location:
Near Central Station at the bottom of Westgate Road, Newcastle.

We are right in the centre of Newcastle, and being just a couple of minutes walk from central station, we are easy to get to.
