About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team in Newcastle. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, focusing on providing an exceptional guest experience.



Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
  • Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor
  • Create an environment of community and fun
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets
  • Ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly licensing conditions and safer gambling


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including dealing, chips skills, bet calculation, and enforcing the rules of the game. You will also need to interact with customers in a range of ways that is consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
