Role Objective:

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Mixologist will contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel's Food & Beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with regular guests, ensuring they are greeted by name.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food, beverages, and wines, providing informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Maximize sales revenue through effective upselling techniques.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a hotel setting, preferably within a 3 or 4-star property.
  • Background in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in busy food and beverage operations.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Micros systems is advantageous.
