About the role
Holland's is a true British bakery baking proper tasty pies and puddings for over 170 years. Our traditional recipe is a well-kept secret, using only the finest ingredients and passed down from generation to generation. Every bake is handled with care and craftsmanship, something we're extremely proud of.

Due to a period of growth, we are recruiting for an experienced and diligent Quality Supervisor.

Reporting into the Technical Manager this role will be tasked with leading the onsite Quality and Hygiene teams, ensuring that products and processes comply with specifications, HACCP principles and customer requirements.


The position is an excellent opportunity for someone within Quality or Quality Assurance to take the next step in their food manufacturing career.

Ideally this role will suit an established supervisor or team leader who is looking to make an immediate and lasting impact on a team and the wider business.

Ideally for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of Quality team leadership within a food manufacturing setting. Preferably within chilled or high care environments.
  • Strong communication skills as the role will be liaising between Quality, NPD, Production and Hygiene teams.
  • BRC and Customer audit experience as well as exposure to lean manufacturing techniques.
  • HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3 and Lead Auditor qualified
