Clayton Park Bakery are a proud supplier of match day food to a number of football clubs in the region such as Preston North End, Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers as well as Premier League clubs Everton and Liverpool ensuring all match day fans the opportunity to sample our amazing products. **About the Role**

As a Clayton Park production operative, you will be an integral part of our focused & energetic team, striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency & product quality. Our job covers all areas of production from the start of the process i.e., machine set up, machine operation, quality-checking products & all the way through to the final clean down.

**What will I be doing?**

Could you lead & motivate a small team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of savoury products? As a positive and organised leader, you will be required to run a production line making products to Company specifications. You will follow directives from Production Supervisors & the Production Manager to ensure everything is of the highest quality as well as
- Carry out tasks in accordance with departmental processes (SOPs, QAS etc.)
- Guaranteeing all manufacturing & traceability paperwork is accurate & correct.
- General housekeeping, clean as you go policy
- Comply with all health & safety policies.
- Some heavy lifting (15kg manual handling.)
- Motivate team members & some training of new team members.
- Reporting on your daily performance & any quality issues.
- Handling of raw materials for production.

**A Few Things About You**
- To be positive and organised individual, capable of working in a team environment or on their own initiative
- To be able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines
- To be a positive and organised individual
- Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given
- Experience of working in a similar environment is also desirable
