The ideal candidate will be responsible for chasing and retrieving debts as owed to a company and managing customer accounts for the Professional Services industry.

They are known for their high standard of service and commitment to excellence. They are currently in the process of growing their Accounting & Finance department.

Description

Managing customer accounts for the Professional Services/ Advertising industry
Chasing and retrieving debts as owed to a company
Issuing payment reminders to customers
Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems
Providing accounts information to internal departments
Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systemsProfile

A successful Credit Control team member should have:
An educational background in Accounting & Finance
Experience in managing customer accounts
Proficiency in relevant accounting software
Adept problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and clients
