The Data Coordinator holds responsibility for supporting the sales functions with specialised administrative tasks as well producing and updating reporting for Sales Team and Management use
What that means day to day

Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data with CRM by identifying errors in data and feeding back to management and CRM user

Data input and upload into various CRMs and systems

Collating and preparing data for analysis

Complete quality checks in line with business requirements

Developing ad hoc reporting to meet business needs

Liaising with IT to improve systems and reporting

Data validation and cleansing to assist new business processes

Building and maintaining great relationships with stakeholders around the business

What you'll need to be successful
Essential

Experience of basic use of excel

Experience of data collation using various data sources

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Experience of dealing with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority

Desirable

Experience of intermediate use of excel

Knowledge of SSRS and Microsoft AX Dynamics

Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
