At The AA, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal and external data to ensure accurate updates across all systems.
- Coordinate vehicle replacements and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Handle purchase orders and invoices, reconciling and validating payments with supplier terms.
- Provide support services, such as fuel cards, and update fleet systems as needed.
- Generate management information reports for external suppliers and internal AA departments.
- Fleet and leasing experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Company car management experience, with a strong understanding of fleet administration.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in key software solutions, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Free AA breakdown membership from day one, with discounts for family and friends.
