The Examinations Coordinator is responsible for delivering a comprehensive administrative and operational service within the ISC, both in virtual and in-person settings.

The individual in this position will be tasked with ensuring the precise documentation of essential data for student records, including examinations and assessments.

A critical aspect of this role involves providing administrative assistance to academic teams concerning registry operations and committees.


Key responsibilities include delivering professional and accurate administrative support for the centre's meetings and committees related to academic integrity, assessment boards, and relevant working groups.


  • Coordinating the effective planning and execution of examination and assessment activities utilizing various platforms
  • Accurately entering and managing data for multiple purposes with a high level of precision
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and professional information dissemination to external stakeholders, including parents, sponsors, guardians, agents, and Study Group colleagues both domestically and internationally
  • Minimum qualifications include GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or above or equivalent (Essential)
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred (Desirable)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in data management and IT
  • A performance-oriented team player
