This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT & Facilities Manager to lead and manage a team who responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the IT landscape and facilities strategy.


This is a hybrid working role, where you will be based onsite in Barking 3 days weekly

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small team of IT administrators responsible for IT activities, including first-level support for networking, servers, clients, printing, and backup; IP telephony, contact centre and video conferencing; user authorisation
Manage and oversee planning and implementation of IT system and IT hardware upgrades
Ensure that IT regular audits take place, and that the IT asset database is kept up to date
Manage buildings maintenance activities including water system, lifts, utilities, grounds maintenance, lighting, electrical and plumbing
Manage reception, switchboard, and security
