We are looking for qualified Employment Advisors (EA) to join our team delivering our Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies contract.
These are additional roles created due to the demand for the service.The EA role is key and is a highly valued role across the service, offering support and advice to clients who access our service to help them gain, return to or retain employment.
Our Employment Advisors are integrated with our mental health clinicians so you will work closely with them, while also developing good working partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including employers, job centres, trade unions and employment agencies.
This is an opportunity to use your skills to gain in-depth knowledge of the local employment market and liaise with a range of schemes and initiatives to support clients with their employment situation.
Travel will be required within the Bassetlaw and Mid Notts areas across Nottinghamshire to deliver employment support via approved venues.
This will be based on patient demand, we expect at least 50% of your time to be spent working remotely.
The interviews for this role are planned to take place on Thursday 12th and Monday 16th October via Microsoft teams.
