Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Employment Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers to identify their challenges and barriers to employment, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with job seekers to understand their needs and develop a tailored support plan
  • Booking job seekers onto relevant training courses to enhance their employability skills
  • Supporting job seekers with CV writing and job application processes
  • Liaising with employers to identify employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Outreach work to promote Reed in Partnership within the local community

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong coaching and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and motivate individuals. You will also need to be able to work in a performance-driven environment and be willing to travel locally to meet with customers and employers.
