We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues over the phone.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in English
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £23,918.67 per year
