What will I do?
You'll manage all aspects of the spa from driving retail revenue, health & safety, ensure the guests receive top class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.
Is this the role for me?
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty / spa qualification
Previous experience managing a Spa
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
People management experience

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
