Lead the Bar Team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa

We are seeking an experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Bar team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the Bar team to ensure that brand standards are met and revenues are maximised.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate the Bar team to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
