Responsibilities:- Ensuring all Quality Management and Compliance Documentation for Planned Preventative maintenance and reactive repair activities is accurate and complete.
- Proactively drive Legislative and Contractual Compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, whilst meeting both Quality Standards and HSE Objectives.
- Adopt HSE Policies, Procedures and Objectives.
- Maintain, submit relevant documentation and records as required.
- Complete regular efficiency checks.
- Using the remote monitoring system for each development, recording temperature or operational changes that impacts on the efficiency of the network.
- Investigating the network via each riser/block to ensure the system is leak free and identifying residential properties that impact the efficiency of the network.
- Provide training and support to new employees.
- Ensure that all Energy Centres operate above 99.5% of the year and to carry out works and reduce downtime to affected sites.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, wearing company uniform at all times, organised and polite. This is a client & customer facing role, with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also be required to actively take part in the callout / standby rota. A full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to working practices is essential.
Skills and Expertise:
- Served a recognised apprenticeship and/or be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ level 2 in Plumbing/HVAC with Electrical qualifications and registered to the appropriate body as required for the role.
- Experience working within Energy Centres and repairing various components.
- Electrical qualification to the latest Edition of BS 7671 that allows you to work safely on single or 3-phase electrics.
- Willingness to study for relevant Industry qualifications is essential.
- Good customer service skills.
- Hot Water Systems or valid unvented hot water certification.
Competitive salary (depending upon experience) + out of hours reactive calls
The working week will be 37 hours.
