Iconic Resourcing HR is excited to collaborate with a professional service company in Glasgow that is on the lookout for a passionate Learning & Development Advisor to bolster their expanding L&D team. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and forward-thinking organization. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing various soft skills and leadership programs, conducting both in-person and virtual sessions.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, delivering, and assessing learning programs in both physical and virtual settings
- Conducting educational sessions during team events
- Establishing strong connections with senior executives
- Providing coaching to individuals and teams
- Promoting personal, professional, and purpose-driven growth
Key requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering L&D initiatives virtually and in real life
- Previous experience in a professional service environment
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Strong communication skills
