About Our Client:

As the Operations Admin Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Processing the daily sales orders
  • Helping keep track of stock
  • Liaising with clients and customers regarding orders
  • Dealing with any queries or issues
  • Updating MS Excel spreadsheets and the internal sales order system

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Have a background within administration
  • Be self motivated, take initiative and be willing to learn
  • Be competent using MS Excel
