The Operations Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and other team members to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed and that the company is running smoothly.

This position will also be responsible for assisting with scheduling, customer relations, and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daytoday operations of the business
  • Schedule appointments, drivers and perform excellent customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage customer needs
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist in general office duties as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Previous work with ICabbi
  • Local knowledge of the area
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Must be a selfstarter who can work in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
